Pet Policy
Dogs and cats allowed. Dog pet weight limit 40lbs. Exotic pets are not permitted. There is a two pet maximum per apartment home. $400 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Dog breed restrictions apply, call the office for details.
*Breed, size and weight limitations and fee and deposit requirements do not apply to assistance animals. We comply with all applicable fair housing laws. We will consider any request for reasonable accommodations.
