    $300 Non-Refundable Pet Fee per pet.
  5. What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
    Government Issued Identification, Driver’s License or Passport
  6. What are your fees and monthly charges?
    Residents pay an allocated water/trash bill with rent monthly
  7. What are the income and credit qualifications?
    Requirements are to make 3 times the amount of rent. Applicant(s) must have good credit established with 50% or better positive credit overall or be willing to pay a double security or First and Last month’s rent in advance by Certified Funds. If your Credit is less than 25% positive the application will be declined.
  8. What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?
    Paycheck stubs, bank statements or tax returns
  9. What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
    All applicants must meet rental criteria guidelines
  10. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    Yes, provided all final rent and utility charges are paid. Deposit refunds are subject to lease contract requirements.
  11. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    Only Military
  12. Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
  13. What utilities are included in my lease?
    No utilities included.
  14. How long is the term of the lease?
    Lease terms are flexible from 6 to 12 months
  15. Do you accept leases for short terms?
    Yes, minimum is 3 months at a higher rental rate.
  16. Am I required to have renters insurance?
    Although renter's insurance is not required at this time, it is highly recommended that residents purchase insurance for their apartments and belongings.
  17. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    In writing via-email, call or come by the office.
  18. When is my rent payment due?
    On the 1st of each month.
  19. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
    On the 4th of the month.
  20. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
  21. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    Maximum of 3 days is the allowable limit. If longer we would require a background check.
  22. Do you have reserved parking?
    Yes, Covered parking is assigned
  23. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
    Must be parked in the parking lot or covered parking only
  24. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
  25. Satellite Dishes are not permitted on the premises
    Satellite installation must meet community and federal guidelines. Please contact the office for more information.
  26. Do you have cable services?
  27. Does the property have a fitness center?
    Yes, from 8:00am to 10:00pm
  28. Does the property have a swimming pool?
    Yes, from 10:00am to 10:00pm.
  29. Are gas grills permitted at your property?
    Yes, grilling has to be 10 feet away from any building.
  30. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers?
    Discounts are given to anyone in Education, Government & Medical.
